Full Service Cleaning Includes:

• Disassembly of entire instrument

• Ultrasonic cleaning

• Clean, scrub, and polish inside of instrument

• Trombone valves are aligned with new bumpers.

• Remove dents and align slide tubes.

• Final machine polishing of interior of Outer Slide tubes.

• Replace cork barrel felts, slide crook bumper and water key pad.

• Remove outside slide crook and realign outside slide tubes. (If necessary)

• All silver (and raw brass) instruments are hand-polished as a final step

• Valves oiled and slides greased (I use Ultra-Pure products)

Additional work at shop rate of $80/hour (plus parts if required):

• Dent removal

• Soldering of broken braces

• Replacing broken or worn parts

Uniball Conversion

 Traditional linkage systems can be noisy and inefficient. Many high-end instrument makers have replaced traditional valve linkages with a Uniball design.

I have designed an upgrade to modernize the old traditional linkage system to be faster, smoother, and quieter.

Trombone Uniball Conversion: $365 (this includes the complete cleaning service)

Edge Style Brace

Allow the bell to resonate by removing original braces and replacing them with an edge style brace

Edge Style Brace: $96

Opening Up Rotary Valves

Open up the valve for a better response while using the F attachment.

Open Up Rotary Valve On a Trombone: $60 (must be in combination with a cleaning)
